Dr. Glenn Lipson will be presenting at the upcoming San Diego Psychological Association Spring Workshop on May 19.
For over two decades, Dr. Lipson have been working with public agencies and the Red Cross in responding to both natural and man-made disasters. Critical incident debriefings and disaster mental health services potentially play a key role in normalizing reactions to abnormal events. Dr. Lipson has responded to plane crashes, school shootings, car accidents, fires and murder suicides. He also manages the Nasdtec Academy and develops in collaboration content.
“I am looking forward to being part of this event and discussing my topic area, dealing with anger, blame, and the challenges to one’s sense of place in the universe after these tragedies. This six-hour workshop will have an experienced faculty and it will be worthwhile for those who are fortunate enough to attend.”
