Glenn S. Lipson PhD. is to speak at the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Region E of the California chapter on March 5, 2016 on “Preventing The Smoking Gun, Our Communities Responses To Gun Violence”
Dr. Glenn Lipson is the keynote speaker and is an authority on the subject which he speaks about at associations and schools both nationally and internationally.
This event will be on March 5th from 10 AM to 2 PM at Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center 5250 55th Street, San Diego, California. Registration is still available at the National Association of Social Workers, (NASW) site.
NASW Region E is partnering with the Brady Campaign to provide an intelligent forum to discuss the increasing prevalence and incidence of gun violence in our communities. It’s time to look at creative ways to combat this epidemic that faces our communities. Dr. Glenn Lipson will be the keynote speaker. Dr. Lipson is a subject matter expert and authority on this subject. There will also be many other speakers and presentations. The goal will be to create a forum to discuss this issue and use the event as a launchpad for action steps. The event itself is free. There will be a 10.00 registration charge that will cover lunch.
Dr. Lipson is looking forward to working with the NASW and the Brady Campaign to address the increasing prevalence and incidence of gun violence in communities and creative ways to combat this epidemic facing many communities today.
