Glenn Scott Lipson, Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist with Daniel R. Shinoff, Litigation Partner, Stutz Artiano Shinoff & Holtz will be conducting a session on Litigation Strategy and Prevention of Educator Sexual Misconduct. Glenn Scott Lipson, Ph.D., A.B.P.P., is a Diplomat in Forensic Psychology, as well as a Menninger trained Clinical Psychologist applying his skills in private practice and academia. He has worked with schools for 20 plus years assisting with problem prevention with general and special populations, conflict resolution and he also testifies in litigation as a retained expert. He consults around the country in the area of violence prevention, work place harassment and bullying. He founded two companies that offer online training. Dr. Lipson’s work has been submitted to state and appellate courts including the United States Supreme Court. One of his career highlights was being invited to present at New Scotland Yard in 2004 on the subject of preventing bullying, stalking and school shootings. This year he assisted the Ontario College of Teachers as a subject matter expert in their Mandated Reporter Duty Advisory. Dr. Lipson is a contributing writer of the Violence Risk Assessment Guidelines of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (RAGE-V). He serves as member of disaster mental health services of the Red Cross.
